Progressing Cavity Pumps

Dyna-Lift™ Pumps Give Long Life

Dyna-Drill® now offers progressing cavity pumps for a variety of well applications and lifting conditions. Dyna-Lift™ PC pumps are capable of pumping liquids and solids and have no internal valves to clog or gas lock. With more than five decades of rotor and stator manufacturing leadership, Dyna-Drill has committed extensive R&D and manufacturing resources in designing Dyna-Lift PC pumps to give long reliable performance and reduce production costs.

Maximum pump efficiency assured
Dyna-Drill engineers optimize rotor and stator profiles to maximize pump efficiency. Interference fit between the PC pump’s rotor and stator are designed to minimize the drive system’s power consumption and maximize stator life. Several rotor sizes are offered for each pump model to provide a range of rotor-stator combinations that better serve specific applications.

Rotors give extended wear
Dyna-Lift PC pump rotors are manufactured from heat treated carbon steel. They are corrosion resistant and are chrome plated for extended wear. The industry’s most sophisticated Weingartner milling machines contour rotors up to 16 meters long, eliminating the need for welded rotors in applications where higher lift or volume is required.

Stators serve tough down-hole applications
Several proprietary stator rubber compounds are offered to address tough application needs. These oil and abrasion-resistant rubber compounds sustain exceptional performance in high temperatures, heavy sands, H2S and high aromatic applications.

Wide range of applications
Dyna-Drill PC pumps are available in pumping capabilities ranging from 10 cubic meters per day to 300 cubic meters of fluid, from depths down to 4000 meters. Applications include horizontal, slant, directional and vertical well bores. Dyna-Drill engineers and technical services offer expertise and proper recommendations for special applications.
