Dyna-Drill® has an advanced elastomer laboratory and quality control lab equipped with a state-of-the-art coordinate measuring machine to support its design and manufacturing needs.

The Dyna-Drill® Advanced Elastomer Lab has developed improved stator rubber compounds and continues to study the impact of drilling fluids on power section stators to produce the most technologically advanced and efficient down-hole motor equipment in the industry. It is equipped with a rheometer, dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer, tensometer, drilling fluid immersion oven.

The elastomer lab provides drilling fluid compatibility test and advanced failure analysis services to our customers, in addition to allowing the development of two types of rubber compounds, (NBR and HSN) that are produced to serve specific drilling environments.
